The Thalappakatti Biriyani Hotel has a long history dating back to 1957. In Dindigul, Mr. Nagasamy Naidu established the Anandha Vilas Biriyani Hotel. He constantly wore a THALAPAKATTI(traditional headdress) turban, which became associated with his brand and cooking skills over time, earning him the nickname “Thalappakatti Naidu,” which would later become the name of our company and restaurants.
