Science Park, which is the city’s first science park for children, was opened at Anna Nagar in Thennur, the other park was inaugurated at Yogalakshmi Nagar in Srirangam.

Established at a cost of 2.5 crore, the science park has an exclusive science complex on about 2,100 sq.ft. The science park that was openend at Anna Nagar in Tiruchi on Saturday. The recreational infrastructure of Trichy, got a leg up with the opening of two more public parks including a Science Park on Saturday. Mr. Ravichandran said that more than 500 spectators visited the science park on the first day.
