Vishwanathar Temple in Thiruppaingneeli or Thirupanjali, also known as Gneeliwaneswarar Temple, is a Hindu temple located 20 kilometres north of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Inscriptions from Raja Raja Chola I and Rajendra Chola I can be found. Mahendravarman I is thought to have built the Soundareeswara shrine within the temple about 640 AD.
