One of Trichy’s bus terminals, Central Bus Station, sometimes referred to as Central Bus Stand, is situated close to Cantonment. The Department of Transportation is in charge of the terminus, which spans 4.5 acres (1.8 hectares) in size (Tamil Nadu).
